Found a new design competition today, this one rather amused me, a yearly competition to design a wrapper for a condom with a one liner on it using the word one. Below is the design I submitted, may submit another one if the rules allow as its the easiest competition iv found yet.

Departed the lovely Storthes hall day for summer, before leaving my flatmate gave me this amazing present! She made the star herself after doing a pottey course a couple of years ago, I actually love it, its soo cute :)

Beating Hearts Series.

I decided to experiment with shapes in my photography, I took these images around the fabolus storthes hall, I like how the hearts simplify the images and how the textures and colours become the focal points.

On my trip round Liverpool I was lucky enough to spot some jellyfish in the Albert Docks, anyone who knows me will understand how much this would have amused me :)
Of course I had to get at least a few photos of the jellyfish :) not the best photos in the world but the water was pretty dirty and I was stuck a good few meters above them, but enjoy :)

Its been a hell of a week this week! Results came through, did suprisingly well, my first ever A for a year :) and got myself a 1:2 (for those of you who dont know, this is pretty good) of course me and my friends all saw our results to go out for lunch then go partying, it'd be rude not to after all the hard work right :P
Also went on an adventure to Liverpool this week, Albert Docks has to be one of my favorite places in the world! especially when the sun comes out! Visited the tate, I think I had more fun in the shop than the gallery, although I did enjoy one of the exhibions, a flashy dance floor!
We managed to spot some jellyfish in the docks, I will have some pictures up soon, along with some of the last 8 Superlambananas in Liverpool! =D

These were all taken on my compact camera, i did take my DSLR but decided to leave it in the car when i saw how bad the weather was, although it did brighten out so it would have been a good idea to take it with me, i'l remember for next time!
