Dreamweaver.

As part of one of our uni moduals we have to make and design a website. We were given the basic code to work which we then had to develop and mess around with to create our own websites. I kept mine simple and made it more photography based as it fitted the images I had with me at the time better. I also linked the images with lightbox, which is what the bottom image is. The image opens out larger and darkens the background so you can clearly see the image.
Might have a go at making myself a decent website in summer, to cure the boredom.

Also, my be a few changes on my blog soon, I'm feeling a layout/design change :)

Through the eye of a fish.

A few months ago I bought myself a lomo fisheye to have a bit of a mess around with. Finally got my first film developed today, and although most of the photos didn't come out (because I forgot to use the flash) the ones that did, I'm pretty happy with. Top photos are from New York, followed by Liverpool, the view out of my window then my boyfriend Liam on our trip to Liverpool.
Definatly going to be using this camera a lot more.

Ben.

My friend asked me to take a portfolio picture of him to put on his CV, and here it is. Rather nice one, even if I do say so myself :)

NYC Pt.2.

Some more images from NY, the pure size of the graveyard above was amazing, that was just one side of it, it stretched under the bridge we were on and was nearly double on the other side!
The Brooklyn bridge pictures are two of the alright ones I got, the bridge seemed to be undergoing maintanence and had the view blocked for most of the way across which is a bit sucky. Anyway enjoy :)

NYC 1,

A couple of weeks ago I went to New York with uni. These are just a few of my fav. photos from the trip, I only took around 600 in total, bit disapointing for me but I'm glad with the results of these ones. Still need to use up the last bits of my films before I send them off for development then hopefully I'l have some more nice photos :)
You may notice Iv started putting a watermark on my images, basicly because I'm thinking of starting to sell my own prints, just give me a shout if youre interested in any :)

After Effects

I thought Id have a go at teaching myself after effects, this is my very first attempt on the program, the first few seconds the screens blank and the whole video itself isnt very long and the text is a bit out of time but you get the idea. I just struggled to get the text in time with the music a bit as you can probably tell, not to bad for someone whos never even opened the program before
