Lincoln Shoot

Went to Lincoln this week to see my friend Dale, and of course I couldnt resist taking my camera along with me. Most of these photos have been subitally edited, exept the solo candle, which is the origional image. I loved the candels and how they glow, definatly something I'll be experimenting with at some point in the future.

Lincoln

Had a trip to Lincoln yesterday to see my friend Dale. I love all the old buildings in Lincoln so its safe to say me and my camera had a field day! Heres the first of many Lincoln photos (i took that many photos that im still sorting through them)

Cumbria

Went to cumbria the other weekend for my grandparents anniversary, and of course my camera came with me :) Most of cumbria is just pretty hills but there was a parade on in the local village so we took a trip up, even lady gaga made an apearence!

Yorkshire Sculpture Park

One of our first year projects was to design products a 'club' for our own chosen target audience for the yorkshire sculpture park. We were also asked to design products for these target audiences. We initially chose ours as children and there parents for family days out at the park. The project was a group project, and honestly we didnt communicate too effectivly and ended up with a lot of our designs more towards the adults rather than the children. I designed the pieces above, an advertisement for the day, an invite, a point of sale for sketch books we had to design and a press release. I took on more of an advertisers role for the project even though I'm a graphic designer but it gave me more of an insight into the advertising side and i quiet like my invite and advert designs :)

Clay

My first attempt at using clay, sorry the photos arnt the best, the camera didnt like me and i wasnt in the mood to keep trying for a good photo cos you can get the general idea from these :)
The elephant at the bottom was hard to make, bits didnt want to stick together no matter what i did, this resulted in one of the ears falling off as soon as i tried to paint it and the clay just decided it didnt want to be an elephant.
Altogether not too bad for my first attempt :)

Fisheye

Thanks to one of my lovely followers I now have the black circle i was missing. would still love to get my hands on a proper lens though :)

Fisheye Effect

Im desperate for a fisheye lens for my camera but seen as theyre definatly not cheap i decided id experiment with photoshop effects to see what i can do. I like how its distorted the image but i much prefer it when its shot with a lens and you get half the image cut out because of the lens, the circular effect round the edges, but i guess this will have to do for now. let me know what you think :)

Dream catcher

So this is my first homemade dreamcatcher, possibly the first of many, if i manage to find some more cicles to make them around :)

A bit more storthes

A bit delayed as i took that many photos i lost track of where i was, shot around 1000 in a week before i left storthes. These are the raw images and shall be possibly edited in some way shortly :)

Rainbow heart

Followed an online tutorial to make a picture rainbowy, first attempt is not the best but its a start :)

Thought i'd make use of my cupcakes, my logo will be changed soon, and probably the cupcakes again too but i thought id have a change as i wasnt liking the old background
